We are looking forward to an exciting Year 7 and 8 Inter Counties championships at Southend High School for Boys, Prittlewell Chase, Southend, Essex SS0 0RG on Saturday 22nd March starting at 12pm. Apologies and please note this is change of venue. This is however another exciting opportunity for our youngest and "new" Surrey stars to enjoy the experience of championship racing and celebrate their progress.
Athletes should allow enough time for the all-important "walk the course". Medals will be provided for the 1st 3 individuals and the winning team of 6.
Due to a concert at school, in the late afternoon we will need to start the first race at 12pm rather than 1pm.
TIMETABLE:
Year 7 Girls 12pm
Year 7 Boys 12.20pm
Year 8 Girls 12.40pm
Year 8 Boys 1pm
NOTE: Click map for our 2900m course map downloaad. All races will follow the same course.
Athletes are reminded of the strength of Surrey. All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them and move out of our comfort zone.
Good luck.
