Our focus will be to show each athlete to analyse their aims/goals and to create roadmaps that guide you & show you Just what is possible
We are delighted to have track and field star athlete Romell Grave, a Team GB sprinter and the current 100m European Champion and World Men’s 100m ranked athlete who will talk with athletes and answer a Q + A session. We know his journey in running will help athletes ‘believe’ & want to develop their potential.

WEST MIDLANDS ‘DAVE SUNDERLAND’ INTER COUNTY CROSS COUNTY MATCH (Saturday November 21st 2026 @ Himley Hall, Himley Road, Himley, Dudley, West Midlands DY3 4DF).
We are receiving final details for the annual stepping stone xc match once again in Dudley.
Team Declarations from 12.00 Course open from 12.00 Race Times.
Age Groups: Under 14 Girls and Under 14 Boys (Year 7 and 8), Under 16 Girls and Boys (Now Juniors - Years 9 and 10), Under 18 Girls and Boys (Now Inters - Years 11 and 12)
Max 15 runners per team. This is the first year for Yr 12 athletes to enjoy this popular Inter County experience.
Surrey Athlete Invitation letters will be provided at the Surrey Cross Country Development Day before being published on the website.

SURREY SCHOOLS T+ F CHAMPIONSHIPS 2026
Kingsmeadow Athletics Stadium on Saturday 13th June
ENGLISH SCHOOLS T&F CHAMPIONSHIPS 2026
Birmingham Alexander Stadium on Friday 10th & Saturday 11th July.
The majority of the team will be selected after the Surrey Schools T + F Championships, with our Main Team Manager, Peter Radford informing the selected athletes.
Any remaining places to be filled will be based on assessment of athletes performances using Power of 10 type data.
The South East Inter County Meeting on Saturday June 20th will also be used to help decide Selection.

ESAA expect a National or Entry standard to be achieved to take part. Please check their website for full details.
